About this notice
This California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice applies to California residents who visit viralsfk.com, a recipe and food blog. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

How to submit a request

Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so, provide written permission authorizing the agent to act on your behalf and verify your own identity directly with us.
Data retention
We retain data collected through Google Analytics for up to 26 months. Ad data collected through Google AdSense is retained per Google’s own retention policies. We do not directly store personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the site.
